The Better Business Bureau Reports 154 Complaints Against Goodwin & Co.
The BBB (the Better Business Bureau) reports that, in just the last 3 years, there have been 154 complaints against Goodwin and Co., the multi billion dollar corporation which the Peachtree Village HOA Board (back in 2020) hired in order to "manage" our community. This figure is very high, especially considering the BBB is really just a company that helps businesses smooth over their reputations by, supposedly, offering a place where customers can register their discontent, only to have the company that has in one way or another done them wrong, get a counter letter, often written by professional PR consultants, to make it seem like the complainant is either flat out wrong or somehow, "mistaken." Unless the complainant is willing to spend a lot more time going through their grueling appeals process, the BBB will report the "case closed" after so many days, making it appear as if all was remedied to the customer's satisfaction! But even with this barrier in place, of the 154 complaints, only 46 of the cases were closed!
