To Whom It May Concern at Goodwin & Co.

Today, on April 23, 2025, an employee of Goodwin & Co. was caught conducting surveillance on one or more of our neighborhood homes, in direct violation of our directive, Number 1, delivered to Goodwin & Co. on April 3, 2025, by certified mail (9589 0710 5270 1537 7188 09) which specifically forbade Goodwin & Co., effective immediately, from conducting any further surveillance on any of our residents' properties.

Further, whatever funds you have extracted from our HOA funds in order to conduct this unauthorized action will be designated as misappropriations of our funds which, if you didn't know before, is a criminal offense according to Texas Penal Code 32:45, but you do know now! We will not hesitate to report any further such misappropriation of our HOA funds to the Texas Attorney General's office for investigation and possible indictment.
