Look at How the Current Peachtree Village HOA Board Now Wants to be PARENT POLICE!!!
Let's not be fooled by the nice-sounding language! What we see here, reprinted from the "Town Sq" portal, a means by which the greedy Goodwin and Co. HOA management corporation spews it's propaganda on behalf of the current, control-obsessed Peachtree Village HOA Board, is nothing less than an attempt to assert the right to take control away from the homeowners and residents of Peachtree Village who are parents, grandparents or caretakers of children and co-opt it for themselves! They're not, as the language would, deceptively, have us believe, merely "encouraging" mindful and respectful behavior among children! Oh no! Instead, they believe THEY have the right to tell us residents who have children under our care how to parent and how not to!!! We have got to let the HOA Board know this power grab, of the most intimate aspects of our homes, the people we care for and look after, on OUR PROPERTY (owned or leased) must be stopped, right now!:

Encouraging Mindful and Respectful Behavior Among Children
Dear Peachtree Village Homeowners,
As a community, we take pride in maintaining a harmonious and respectful environment for all residents. In this spirit, we kindly ask for your cooperation in ensuring that children within our association are mindful and respectful of their surroundings and neighbors.
Key Points to Consider:
1. Respect for Property: Encourage children to respect both private and common areas, ensuring that they do not damage or misuse property.
2. Noise Levels: Remind children to be considerate of noise levels, especially during early morning and late evening hours, to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all residents.
3. Safety First: Ensure that children are aware of community rules and safety guidelines, particularly when playing in shared spaces or near roadways.
4. Kindness and Courtesy: Foster a sense of kindness and courtesy among children, encouraging them to treat neighbors and fellow residents with respect and understanding.
By working together, we can continue to make our community a welcoming and enjoyable place for everyone. We appreciate your attention to this matter and your ongoing support in fostering a positive environment for all residents.
Thank you for your cooperation.
